Individual Sessions
I work with clients of all ages. My style is a relational one and meeting the client where they are on their healing journey. I make it a priority that clients feel safe, accepted, respected and listened to. I collaborate with my clients to discover their strengths and use these strengths to overcome the challenges in their lives.
Families
Children and youth behavior can be challenging. I love working alongside parents or caregivers to help them help their child/youth make more positive choices. The adults in the family are key to helping their children and youth sustain make positive change/different choices.
